Buyer fit
Recycling should see their day in the product.
The strongest solution pages map the buyer's current operation to day-one value and expansion paths, so they can picture Haultro before a demo.
The challenge
- ! Contaminated loads get rejected at the MRF or cost you a higher tip rate, and you find out after the truck is already there.
- ! Diversion and tonnage numbers live in spreadsheets, so monthly reports to municipalities and processors take days to pull together.
- ! Single-stream, source-separated, and commercial cardboard routes overlap and backtrack, burning fuel and overtime.
- ! Scale tickets, manifests, and proof of service are scattered across paper, email, and the yard office.
- ! Commercial accounts call about contamination charges and missed sets, and dispatch has no record to point to.
How Haultro answers
- ✓ Drivers flag contamination at the bin with photos right from the Haultro Driver app, so the charge and the evidence land on the account before the load hits the MRF.
- ✓ Disposal and weight capture ties every scale ticket to a route, material stream, and account, so tonnage and diversion roll up automatically.
- ✓ AI route optimization sequences single-stream, source-separated, and commercial pickups to cut backtracking and overtime.
- ✓ Fill forecasting (48-72 hour) tells you which drop sites and roll-offs are ready before they overflow.
- ✓ Compliance workflows organize internal driver, vehicle, accepted HOS, service, disposal, custody, and activity evidence for authorized review.
- ✓ Billing and invoicing turns weights, contamination fees, and recurring service into invoice records; accepted QuickBooks and Stripe connections can synchronize those records after live acceptance.

From the curb to the tipping floor, on one platform
Recycling is a measurement business. Haultro captures what came off each route, where it went, what it weighed, and how clean it was, then turns that into the reports your processors and municipalities want.
Material-aware routing
Plan and sequence single-stream, source-separated, commercial cardboard, and glass routes separately or together with AI optimization.
Contamination at the point of pickup
Drivers tag contaminated bins with photos and notes, feeding both the customer record and your reject-rate analytics.
Tonnage and diversion that report themselves
Scale tickets and disposal weights link to streams and accounts so diversion rate and recovered tonnage are always current.
Review-ready evidence
Driver, vehicle, accepted HOS, service, disposal, custody, and activity evidence stays organized for internal review.
How it works
Adopting recycling.
Map your streams and accounts
Load single-stream, source-separated, and commercial accounts with their materials, service days, and container sizes.
Optimize and dispatch
Haultro sequences each route, sends stops and turn-by-turn to Haultro Driver, and shows accepted-provider truck positions at the delivered cadence.
Capture at the curb and the scale
Drivers log proof of service, contamination photos, and signatures; scale tickets and disposal weights tie back to each route and stream.
Report, bill, and prove diversion
Tonnage, diversion, contamination, and compliance roll into analytics and invoices you can hand to processors, municipalities, and auditors.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can drivers flag contaminated loads in the field?
Yes. In the Haultro Driver app, drivers tag a contaminated bin with photos and notes at the stop. That flag attaches to the customer account and feeds your reject-rate analytics, so contamination charges have evidence behind them.
How does Haultro track tonnage and diversion?
Disposal and weight capture links every scale ticket to a route, material stream, and account. Recovered tonnage and diversion rate update automatically and export into the reports your processors and municipalities expect.
Does it handle different material streams on the same fleet?
Yes. You can plan single-stream, source-separated, commercial cardboard, and glass routes independently, and AI route optimization sequences them to cut backtracking and fuel use.
Will it keep us compliant?
Haultro can organize driver, vehicle, accepted HOS, service, disposal, custody, consent, and activity evidence for review. It does not determine legal compliance, certify an operation, or submit records to regulators.
Does it connect to our scales and accounting?
Haultro has provider adapters for telematics, maps, QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe, but each connection needs customer credentials and sandbox acceptance. A named certified-scale provider is still required. Customer API v1 currently exposes seven documented operations across six paths and is not a general scale-ingest contract.
