Where Disposal & weight fits
06 Verify is the operating context.
This page should not feel like an isolated feature sheet. It belongs to a role, a stage, a control, and an outcome in the Haultro operating spine.
The challenge
- ! Scale tickets reach billing late or without the job and driver context.
- ! Gross, tare, net, and facility rate values are re-keyed into separate systems.
- ! A disposal charge cannot be defended when its photo or source record is missing.
- ! Mismatches become invoice disputes when nobody records the resolution.
- ! A named facility feed gets treated as live before customer acceptance has passed.
What it does
- ✓ Create a structured ticket with driver, disposal site, ticket number, gross, tare, unit, and recorded time.
- ✓ Calculate net weight, tons, and the disposal fee from the recorded rate.
- ✓ Attach a protected photo storage key as source evidence.
- ✓ Associate the ticket with a service order, route stop, dump event, or invoice.
- ✓ Record reconciliation issues, status, resolution, actor, and timestamp.
- ✓ Accept provider or facility feeds only through a verified integration contract and source identifier.
Inside the module
What your team can work with.
Disposal & weight · Connected to the work on the groundFrom the ticket to the record
Capture the evidence without pretending OCR happened
The current workflow supports a protected ticket photo plus structured entry, or an accepted imported source record. The platform does not claim automatic OCR of the printed ticket.
Identify the load
Select the driver, facility, service order or route stop, ticket number, and recorded time.
Enter the weights
Record gross and tare; Haultro calculates net weight and normalized tons.
Keep the proof
Attach the protected ticket photo or accepted external source identifier.
Resolve exceptions
Review reconciliation issues and preserve the resolution actor, time, and note.
Connected across the platform
One source of truth.
Billing & invoicing
Accepted weight and disposal-fee evidence can be associated with the invoice and its tonnage charges.
Routing & dispatch
Route stops and service orders preserve the operational context for the recorded ticket.
Analytics
Recorded ticket fees and tonnage feed current financial reporting.
Compliance
Source, timestamp, facility, driver, and resolution evidence support internal review.
How it works
Adopting disposal & weight.
Capture or import
A driver or authorized user attaches a photo and enters the ticket fields, or an accepted provider feed posts a source-attributed record.
Calculate
Haultro derives net weight, normalized tons, and the fee from the recorded facility rate.
Reconcile
The workflow records mismatches and requires a governed resolution for review-required tickets.
Associate
The accepted ticket stays linked to service, route, disposal, invoice, and reporting context.
Standards & compliance
Built in, not bolted on.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does Haultro read the printed ticket with OCR?
No. The current workflow is photo plus structured entry. A future OCR workflow would require a configured extraction provider, confidence fields, human review, failure states, and live acceptance before it could be advertised.
Can a facility or weighbridge send records directly?
The schema supports imported records with an ingestion source and source-record identifier. A named facility or scale is operational only after its payload, authentication, tenant mapping, retry behavior, and live acceptance are verified.
How is disposal cost calculated?
Haultro subtracts tare from gross, normalizes the recorded unit to tons, and applies the recorded disposal rate per ton. Reconciliation issues remain visible until an authorized user resolves them.
Does Haultro submit regulatory manifests?
No universal agency-submission workflow is claimed. The stored disposal evidence supports internal records and exports; regulatory submission requires separately verified scope and legal review.
