Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026

Trunnion AI, LLC (“Trunnion AI,” “Haultro,” “we,” or “us”), a New Mexico limited liability company and a Duskbridge company, operates the Haultro marketing website at https://haultro.com. This notice covers information collected through this website, its contact and privacy-request forms, and optional analytics. Customer data processed through a contracted Haultro deployment is governed by the applicable agreement and product privacy documentation, not this website notice.

The Haultro product processes categories that some laws treat as sensitive personal information, including precise vehicle location and voice audio. The categories, limited purposes, retention approach, and available controls for that product data are described in the sensitive data section of our Security page and governed by the customer agreement.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, work email, optional phone and company, request type, product interest, message, and privacy-request details.
  • Device and request information: IP address, browser or user-agent, source page, and campaign parameters used for security, abuse prevention, and request routing.
  • Preference information: selected privacy categories, notice version, choice time, and whether Global Privacy Control was detected; this record stays in your browser.
  • Website measurement: identifier-free page-load, broad-device, and country-level aggregates may be collected before a choice and stop after rejection. Sessions, interactions, attribution, browser/operating-system detail, state/city or precise location, and other detailed analytics are collected only after analytics consent; Meta Pixel may measure visits and conversions only after advertising consent.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health data, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information through a general website form.

Sources and purposes

We collect information from you, your browser or device, and the campaign link that brought you here. We use it to respond to requests, provide requested information, secure and operate the site, prevent abuse, maintain required records, honor privacy choices and legal rights, and, with consent, measure site use or advertising. Website-form information is not used to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, health, or other legally significant automated decisions.

Disclosures and service providers

We disclose information as needed to hosting and infrastructure providers, our managed PostgreSQL database, Google Workspace for email delivery, and our private Trunnion lead registry for a reporting copy of submitted contact requests, as well as professional advisers and authorities when legally required. That submitted-contact copy is operational processing and does not depend on optional analytics consent. With the relevant consent, website usage information may also be sent to Google Analytics, Trunnion analytics, or Meta. A business transaction may involve disclosure subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations. A dated list of the service providers and subprocessors behind this website and the Haultro product is published at /subprocessors, and the standard Data Processing Addendum is published for contracted deployments.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define advertising technology as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Meta Pixel is off by default. Reject it, withdraw consent, or opt out through Your Privacy Choices. Browser-detected Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics and advertising off on that device.

Retention

  • Contact and demo requests: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contract, dispute, legal hold, or legal obligation requires longer.
  • Privacy-request records: up to 36 months to document receipt, verification, response, and compliance.
  • Browser consent record: until browser storage is cleared, the notice version is replaced, or the choice is changed.
  • Optional provider data and infrastructure logs: according to the shortest configured period reasonably consistent with the stated purpose, security, and legal obligations.
  • Backup and replica copies: a completed, verified deletion also covers encrypted backups and replicas as those systems complete their configured retention and rotation cycles; backup copies are not used for any new processing in the interim.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, opt-out, or an appeal, and may use an authorized agent. Submit through Your Privacy Choices or email contact@trunnion.ai. We verify requests proportionately, generally using the email supplied, and do not ask for a password. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and international visitors

This B2B site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. The site is operated from the United States, and information may be processed where our contracted providers operate. Contact us before submitting information if your law requires a specific transfer safeguard.

Security, changes, and contact

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website data we handle, but no system is completely secure. See our Security page to report an issue. We post updates here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Email contact@trunnion.ai or write to Trunnion AI, LLC, 8100 Lang Ave NE, Suite 300, Albuquerque, NM 87109, United States.
