Where Compliance fits
06 Verify is the operating context.
This page should not feel like an isolated feature sheet. It belongs to a role, a stage, a control, and an outcome in the Haultro operating spine.
The challenge
- ! Driver, vehicle, service, and disposal evidence is scattered across systems.
- ! A provider record cannot be trusted until the connection and tenant mapping are accepted.
- ! Teams confuse software workflow support with legal certification.
- ! Material, origin, weight, and service proof drift when they are re-keyed.
- ! Access and consent changes are hard to reconstruct without actor and timestamp records.
What it does
- ✓ Organize driver, vehicle, inspection, service, and maintenance records for internal review.
- ✓ Store accepted HOS and ELD evidence from configured providers.
- ✓ Associate recorded service, material, disposal weight, facility, and chain-of-custody context.
- ✓ Preserve role, access, activity, and selected workflow-event records with actor and time.
- ✓ Use configured Stripe and communications boundaries while retaining the operator's PCI and TCPA responsibilities.
- ✓ Export or review internal evidence without claiming agency filing or legal determination.
Inside the module
What your team can work with.
Compliance · Connected to the work on the groundEvidence, not certification
Keep the operational record attributable
Haultro can organize records produced by normal work, but the operator and counsel remain responsible for legal requirements, data quality, retention, filing, and certification.
Vehicle and driver
Review inspections, maintenance, accepted HOS records, and driver evidence.
Service and disposal
Trace recorded work, proof, material, ticket, facility, and reconciliation context.
Access and actions
Review actor, role, timestamp, entity, and metadata from the activity history.
Provider boundary
Keep unconfigured, unhealthy, or unaccepted providers visibly unavailable.
Connected across the platform
One source of truth.
Fleet telematics
Accepted HOS, location, engine, and fault records keep their provider and tenant context. Idle-event reporting is not claimed.
Driver app
Recorded inspections, stop state, photos, signatures, weight, and exceptions support internal review.
Disposal & weight
Ticket source, facility, driver, time, weights, fee, and reconciliation state preserve disposal evidence.
Billing & invoicing
Stripe and communications workflows remain provider-gated and do not remove the operator's legal or compliance obligations.
How it works
Adopting compliance.
Define the policy
The operator and counsel define applicable requirements, retention, review, approval, and filing responsibility.
Accept providers
Verify credentials, scopes, tenant mapping, payloads, retries, and live behavior for any external record source.
Record normal work
Drivers and staff create attributable service, inspection, weight, consent, billing, and activity evidence.
Review and export
Authorized users review or export the internal evidence; Haultro does not certify or file it with an agency.
Standards & compliance
Built in, not bolted on.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does Haultro replace an ELD device?
No. Built telematics adapters can organize accepted HOS and duty evidence from supported providers, but each customer connection requires credentials, scopes, tenant mapping, sandbox tests, and live acceptance.
Does Haultro generate or submit regulatory manifests?
The platform stores internal service, material, weight, facility, and chain-of-custody context. It does not claim universal agency-form generation or regulator submission.
Are activity logs immutable or tamper-evident?
Haultro records actor, timestamp, action, entity, and metadata under tenant scope. The current public contract does not claim cryptographic immutability or third-party attestation.
Does Haultro certify DOT, FMCSA, EPA, PCI, or TCPA compliance?
No. It provides evidence and control workflows. Legal determinations, certification, provider responsibility, policy approval, and regulatory submission remain owner-controlled.
