Trunnion AI, LLC is working to make Haultro.com usable by people with disabilities. Our target for the public marketing website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Measures, ownership, and testing

Trunnion AI Platform Engineering is accountable for accessibility of this public site. The site uses semantic landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus states, text alternatives, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels and error messages, and automated accessibility checks. Astro type checks and Playwright/axe accessibility smoke tests run in GitLab CI before release; representative desktop and mobile pages are also reviewed with keyboard navigation. Critical blockers are targeted for immediate triage, high-severity barriers within 10 business days, and other confirmed barriers through the next planned release. Automated checks do not replace the manual assistive-technology review described below.

Known limitations

Automated testing cannot identify every barrier. Product illustrations are representative demonstrations, not interactive product controls. We continue to review new pages and third-party content as they change.

Feedback and accommodation

If a page or function is difficult to use, email accessibility@trunnion.ai with the page URL, barrier, browser or assistive technology if you wish, and the format or accommodation needed. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or alternate access as promptly as reasonably possible.
