Key facts
The platform
What Haultro is
What is Haultro?
Haultro is a Trunnion AI-powered waste and fleet operations platform. It unifies route optimization and dispatch, provider-gated fleet records, a container registry with fill predictions, scheduling, driver workflows, customer access, billing, disposal and weight records, maintenance, and source-backed reporting in one platform, subject to confirmed capacity.
Who is Haultro for?
Two audiences. Operators: junk removal, roll-off and dumpster rental, residential and commercial hauling, recycling, portable sanitation, and fleet managers. Enterprise: franchise operators, multi-location, and regional waste companies that need roll-up reporting and centralized administration across sites.
What makes Haultro AI-native?
Intelligence is embedded in the workflows rather than added as a separate report. Routes are optimized against fill levels, capacity, time windows, and landfill cutoffs; a configured mapping provider adds traffic only for supported route sizes. Fill and maintenance predictions require the relevant operating data, and natural-language execution requires an approved AI provider.
Is it one platform or separate tools?
One platform on one data model. Routing, fleet, billing, and disposal share the same live picture, so a completed stop, a fill alert, or a route change ripples through dispatch, billing, and analytics automatically, with no re-keying between a telematics tool and a separate billing system.
How do the "27+ modules" and "11 capability areas" relate?
Haultro markets 27+ product modules and counts 150+ internal platform endpoints. Customer API v1 currently exposes seven documented operations across six paths. The modules are grouped into 11 capability areas so teams can navigate by the work they actually run.
Solutions
Solutions by business type
Which waste businesses does Haultro serve?
Junk removal, roll-off and dumpster rental, residential and commercial hauling, recycling, portable sanitation, and fleet managers, plus enterprise franchise, multi-location, and regional waste companies. Each gets a configuration tuned to its routes, containers, and billing model.
Does Haultro work for roll-off and dumpster rental?
Yes. Haultro tracks every roll-off and container from delivery through pickup with GPS tags and weight cells, handles swap and haul scheduling, and bills recurring and on-demand work, so you always know where every can is and what it earned.
Can a smaller operator activate Haultro?
Published plan prices begin at $249 per month. Public self-serve checkout is paused, so activation requires a signed order or subscription agreement.
Can it run a multi-location or regional waste company?
Yes. The Portfolio plan adds centralized administration and roll-up reporting across sites, franchises, or regions, with per-location workspaces and access control.
AI & routing
AI route optimization & prediction
How does AI route optimization work?
Haultro re-sequences stops against container fill levels, capacity, time windows, and landfill cutoffs. A healthy configured mapping provider can add traffic for supported route sizes; larger or unavailable matrices are labeled as estimates. The modeled fuel and missed-pickup figures depend on route density and current operations.
How does Haultro handle dynamic rerouting for waste haulers?
Haultro combines recorded route state with capacity, disposal cutoffs, and fill forecasts. Accepted-provider truck positions and traffic are used only when healthy and supported; cadence is provider-dependent and road-level low-bridge, turn, hazmat, and weight restrictions are not automated.
What is predictive fill analytics?
Machine learning forecasts container fill 48 to 72 hours ahead from sensor and pickup history, so you service bins before they overflow and skip the ones still empty, without adding a truck.
Does it do predictive maintenance?
Yes. Engine telematics and fault codes feed condition-based maintenance prediction, so trucks are serviced before they break down, protecting uptime.
Buyer diligence
How to evaluate alternatives
How should a buyer compare Haultro with another product?
Use a dated requirements matrix and request equivalent demonstrations, current documentation, references, security evidence, pricing, implementation, data portability, and written limitations from each vendor. Haultro competitor-specific pages are withdrawn until every statement has current source evidence.
What proof should a Haultro buyer request?
Request the exact release, configured modules, provider and hardware dependencies, security boundary, acceptance tests, support and service terms, pricing, data handling, and evidence for every material performance or regulatory claim.
Security & deployment
Security, compliance, and deployment
How is data secured?
Haultro implements per-tenant isolation, SSO/RBAC, encryption controls, and audit logging. Controls are designed toward SOC 2 alignment, but no certification is claimed. The web console is hosted separately at https://platform-haultro.com/login.
What compliance does Haultro help with?
Haultro provides evidence workflows for DOT evidence workflows, FMCSA / ELD record support, Accepted-provider HOS and ELD evidence, Internal waste and chain-of-custody records, PCI DSS-scoped payments through configured Stripe, TCPA consent and opt-out workflows. It does not determine legal compliance, certify a fleet, or submit records to regulators.
Is there a mobile app?
Haultro Driver source is built for iOS, Android, including route, proof, alert, and offline-replay workflows. Apple and Google distribution is pending.
Getting started
Pricing and getting started
How much does Haultro cost?
Published plan prices are $249, $549, $899, or $1,299 per month at their stated limits. A signed order or subscription agreement controls the actual price and terms. Portfolio, provider, migration, and non-standard implementation scope is quoted separately.
Is there a free trial?
No. Haultro requires payment during signup and activates product access only after Stripe confirms the subscription.
