A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Start with the
way you work.
You do not need every answer before the first conversation. Bring the service mix, the systems you use, and the work you want to improve.
- 01
Map your operation.
Talk through your routes, trucks, containers, team, and daily bottlenecks.
- 02
Confirm the fit.
See the relevant workflows and confirm modules, providers, and plan limits.
- 03
Agree the rollout.
Document commercial terms, configuration, and acceptance before activation.
What is Haultro?
Haultro is waste and fleet operations software from Trunnion AI. It connects routing, dispatch, containers, driver workflows, billing, and operational reporting. Exact modules and availability are confirmed for your release and configuration.
Can we start with the software before adding sensors?
Yes. Evaluate core dispatch, scheduling, service records, and billing workflows first. Sensor, telematics, voice, payment, and other provider connections have separate configuration and acceptance requirements.
Will it work with our existing telematics?
Haultro implements adapters for Samsara, Geotab, Verizon Connect, and Motive. Each requires your provider account, credentials, plan eligibility, consent, and acceptance testing before live data is available.
How do we get started?
Book a demo around your fleet and service mix. The team will confirm the proposed modules, provider requirements, plan limits, and rollout. A signed order or subscription agreement is required before payment and activation. There is no free trial.
